We will be happy to take back UNOPENED/UNUSED merchandise WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt by end-user, items held longer than 14 days from date of receipt will not be refunded. Copy of original receipt is required for all returns. Product(s) that have been taken from its original packaging or product(s) that show signs of use will not be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ONLY MANICURING MACHINES are covered by a separate Limited Warranty; see "Limited Product Warranty" heading for details. We CAN NOT give any refunds on nail machines or nail attachments that have been used.
